I’ll list some places that I like, but it all depends on the feel you are going for. Personally if I could take my HC pictures anywhere it would be in a forest but I don’t know of any nearby and foresty enough. If you do, let me know.
Rancho Capistrano is pretty.
San Juan Train Station.
Behind the parking lot in the Refinery @ Saddleback where there is wilderness and it looks like mountain lions might live there.
O’Neill Park.
Somewhere else in the Canyon.
Saddleback Church anywhere.
Costco.
